Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the SyncID service offered by VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. Please read this document carefully before purchasing. Purchase of the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

Art. 2 - Service Definition

  1. The service consists of generating a SyncID, a personal synchronic profile processed from the birth space-time data provided by the user.
  2. The SyncID is sold as a one-time digital product.
  3. The service price is €69.00 including VAT.

Art. 3 - Nature and Delivery of the Product

  1. The SyncID is an entirely digital product. Delivery takes place exclusively in electronic format.
  2. The SyncID generation process starts at the time of the request. The final result is delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
  3. Immediately after payment, the user receives a confirmation email with a link to set the password and access the SyncID. The VUOF file will be available in the user's personal panel.

Art. 4 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

  1. Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is legally excluded for the supply of digital content on a non-material medium.
  2. Before completing the purchase, the consumer is required to explicitly and separately tick the mandatory declarations.
  3. Ticking the declarations is an essential requirement to proceed with the purchase.

Declarations required before purchase

  • Declaration that the user has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Service.
  • Declaration that the user understands and accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal by starting the supply of digital content before the expiry of the statutory 14-day period.

Art. 5 - Intellectual Property

The user acknowledges and accepts that all intellectual property rights relating to the service and its components are and remain the exclusive property of VITA Kernel Research S.r.l.

  • Onda Protocol, calculation algorithm, and data interpretation.
  • VITA Kernel Sync software framework.
  • Proprietary VUOF file format (Verified Universal Object File).

The user is expressly prohibited from copying, modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or distributing to third parties the VUOF file or any other service component without written authorization.

Art. 6 - Limitation of Liability

  1. The SyncID is a tool designed for self-knowledge, personal exploration, and decision-support.
  2. The service and its outputs are purely exploratory and require integration with qualified medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice for critical decisions.
  3. VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. cannot be held liable for decisions or actions taken by the user based on interpretations derived from the SyncID.
  4. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the service and the information it contains.

Art. 7 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from the purchase and use of the SyncID service are governed by Italian law.
  2. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or execution of these terms, the Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Art. 8 - Changes to the Terms

  1. VITA Kernel Research S.r.l. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
  2. Changes will be effective from the time they are published on the official website.
  3. Continued use of the service after publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of the changes.
