Art. 2 - Categories of Data Processed
To provide the SyncID service, we process common data and special categories of data required to generate the synchronic profile.
Common data
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Telegram username and account identifier
- Navigation data
- Invitation or referral codes
- Support requests and related metadata
Special categories of data
- Date of birth
- Time of birth
- Place of birth: city, province, and country
Providing these data is required to use the service and generate the SyncID, which is the object of the contract.
Art. 3 - Purposes and Legal Basis

Consent for generating the synchronic profile is collected explicitly and unambiguously during the purchase process.
Art. 4 - Retention Period
Personal data are retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Data processed for service provision are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for 10 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
Birth data are stored in encrypted form and associated with the user's profile to allow future access to the service.

Art. 6 - Transfers Outside the EEA
The service may involve transferring personal data to providers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is supported by European Commission Adequacy Decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Art. 7 - Data Subject Rights
- Right of access: obtain confirmation of processing and receive detailed information.
- Right to rectification: obtain correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to erasure: obtain deletion of personal data where provided by law.
- Right to restriction: obtain restriction of processing where the required conditions apply.
- Right to portability: receive data in a structured format and transmit them to another controller.
- Right to object: object at any time to the processing of personal data.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Art. 8 - Automated Decision-Making
The Controller declares that it uses only supervised decision-making processes, excluding any automated profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on the person under Art. 22 GDPR.
